Watt IQ Care Membership Terms

Membership Price

Watt IQ Care is priced at $449 per year per enrolled property.

Eligibility

Enrollment requires a qualifying prior service from Solar Watt IQ, which must be one of the following:

• Solar Health Check
• Solar Troubleshooting visit
• Pre-Purchase Solar Assessment

Eligibility is confirmed at the time of enrollment.

What's Included

Active Watt IQ Care members receive the following during their membership year:

• Four quarterly production reports based on available monitoring data
• One annual on-site inspection report with photo documentation
• Direct support access during normal business hours, subject to reasonable-use limits
• Manufacturer and warranty coordination assistance
• Digital system records maintained on your behalf
• Priority scheduling for service visits
• Preferred pricing on eligible add-on services

Monitoring and Reporting Limitations

Quarterly production reports and monitoring support depend on:

• Compatible monitoring equipment at the enrolled property
• Active internet connectivity and customer-provided access
• Data available from the monitoring platform

Reports are informational and do not guarantee system performance or detect every fault. Monitoring access may be limited by equipment compatibility or data availability.

What's Not Included

Watt IQ Care membership does not include:

• Electrical repairs, parts, or installation work
• Licensed electrical contracting services
• Manufacturer or warranty approval — coordination is provided, but outcomes are not guaranteed

Renewal and Cancellation

Watt IQ Care does not automatically renew unless the customer expressly agrees to renewal at the time of renewal. Membership benefits apply only to the enrolled property and the enrolling customer. Cancellation and refund terms are provided before enrollment and confirmed in writing.
